These Terms and Conditions govern use of IntimateMart and purchases made through the website. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy, and Refund & Returns policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase adult products in your location. You are responsible for complying with local laws and for keeping products away from children.
Product information and safe use
We work to present accurate names, descriptions, measurements, prices, availability, and images. Manufacturers may update packaging or make minor product changes, and display settings can affect color appearance. Review measurements and product information before ordering.
Follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, cleaning directions, charging guidance, and intended-use information. Products sold for intimate wellness are not medical treatment unless expressly stated. Stop use if irritation, pain, or damage occurs and seek appropriate professional advice when needed.
Orders, pricing, and availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. Inventory is refreshed regularly, yet an item can become unavailable before fulfillment. We may contact you, remove an unavailable item, cancel an order, or issue an appropriate refund when fulfillment is not possible.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. You are responsible for charges shown during checkout, including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes.
Payment and fraud review
Payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout. Orders may be held, declined, or canceled when payment authorization fails, information cannot be verified, or activity appears unauthorized or fraudulent.
Shipping, changes, and cancellations
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays are outside our direct control. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has been released to a fulfillment warehouse, changed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns and order problems

Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, scrape the site in a manner that harms service, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful activity. Site design, text, branding, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. IntimateMart is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from misuse of a product, failure to follow instructions, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
